Perfect blossoms. Clear, pale pink, perfectly cupped and deliciously fragrant with that English rose myrrh scent. Not quite as luminous as 'Madame Pierre Oger', but about as close as a modern rose can get - and far healthier and more reliable - I can always count on three good flushes of blooms. Not many prickles, and graceful and healthy enough not to need hiding in the back of the border, despite its height. This gracious rose has endured not one but two moves without so much as a sulk, and is often still blooming in November.
